Items that are damaged or defective upon arrival are subject to a refund. Items are to be returned by the buyer, once we can confirm the product is defective, you will receive a full refund for the product and postage back to us (you will need proof of postage costs). Items that are lost during transit are also refundable. Items are only subject to this refund if they have not arrived four weeks after ordering. If you're not happy with the product and the product is not damaged or defective then an exchange can be made. Product is to be returned to us at the buyers expense and can be exchanged for another product of the same price or more (customer to pay the difference). We can not offer full refunds on any other grounds so please ensure youre happy with the product before making a purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
All items are delivered free of charge, the price of the item includes free delivery. At this moment we are only able to ship to UK addresses, any orders requiring delivery outside of UK will be subject to a refund. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Once the order has been quality checked it will be packed and shipped to the customer. If your order has not arrived within 14 days from date of order, please contact us and we will assist in helping track down your order. Returns are subject to damaged or faulty products only. Unless the product is defective or damaged, you will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are also only eligible for orders that are lost. Please note that such refunds are only available four weeks after order is placed. ( please see our refund policy page for more details ). we offer payment via PayPal and various card issuers, such as Visa, Mastercard etc.
